  17. This is really a nice Yoga lesson!
    I just came home from jogging (normaly I am one big lazy person) but my legg hurt! Then i remember that I always felt good when I came from a Bikram Yoga class, and searched on You tube! This is really good stuff!!!! Respect for this women!!
